Have you ever tried lemforder ones from All German Parts in Leeds?
There pretty helpful.
I used about 4 sets of cheap ones an after fitting lemforder they have been spot on.
Also fit the rear bushes too

Could be.  But how are your wishbone bushes?

From what I've seen on here, when those 2 things are worn, you can get clunking sound but that's more like when going over humps etc.  Just changed both on mine and sounds have gone.

Is the knock sound when you turn the wheel or when the car actually moves round?  Do you get the sound over speed bumps too etc?

Thanks for that guys....The wishbones are only a year one and have been check when i had the camber been 3 weeks ago and all good.

Only get the sound when moving and turning ...it,s on the drivers side. With them being the 1st line ones i know that they are not the best anyway.
