Pollen filter

Pollen filter- most essential piece of kit on our car!

I am going to bring a couple back with me from my next UK trip instead of paying about £10 for one from the motor factors here. I do change them every year as they get clogged up unsurpringly with tree pollen!

Looking on Ebay there seems to be two types: paper and carbon?  Will the carbon type fit the mini facelift?

Would I be better just getting one over the counter at Europarts or even a VX dealer in Leicester?

Are these "kits" recommended or is it best to stick with branded parts. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Service-Filter-Kit-VAUXHALL-OMEGA-B-3-0i-V6-24V-9-99-/270601816552?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f012009e8  I currently spend about £20 on a Mann air filter and oil filter (metal canister type)

carbon one will fit your car but they are about £11, but better than the cheapo paper ones  :y

the kit you are talking about has the oil paper filter so if you have the screw on type then its no good  :y
