Twang or Bang
« on: 28 March 2011, 20:32:03 »

whilst driving out the car park yesterday, the old mig let an almighty bang :o from front nearside suspension, something gave up the ghost :'(,unsure what to look for..As someone who use to own a Vx carlton in my private hire days,i no what worn link arms sound like,me thinks is more serious :-?.
Some thing is now ratting on that side even if i drive over a fag butt on the road.
I hear you guys say what does it sound like?to me the best discription is..Sounds like a load of loss ball bearing rattling in a sock with every bump, metaliciy or even broken glass..Sorry about discript guys :-[Any suggestions on what 2 look would be great..
2000 w new shape 30ltr mv6 man.
cheers john :y

my car made a similar bang recently, sounded like spring, checked them all over, all fine. So i'm confused lol.
My back right end squeaks and creaks a little, so that may be related.
who knows, Might have just been a spring resettling itself.
