Upholstery Cleaner
« on: 29 March 2011, 11:01:04 »

Hi,

I have some slight oil stains on the floor carpet in the omega and some dirt marks on other parts of the upholstery (door cards and footwell etc)

I bought some upholstery cleaner from the local halfords and its absolutely rubbish. Can anybody recommend a good upholstery cleaner that will definitely get rid of dirt and slight oil?

Matt

Hi Matt,

I've used 1001 Troubleshooter Ultra from Asda's. Has a citrus fragrance too, so doesn't smell that bad afterwards. Works well on mine, but al depends on how long the marks have been there etc!

Hope that helps!   :y

If as you said its oil stains a small amount of petrol will remove it. I use the stuff used for filling petrol cigarette lighter. The clean with hot soapy water.
