new codes

hi to all
any body know why i should be getting these codes

0008
056008

had a call from someone whos having some issues with the mig
secondly he said he starts the car and and it runs fine but once the car is warm it cuts of itself and refuses to start until it has cooled down
any ideas

Not sure on the codes but the cutting out seems to be similar to crank sensor failing.  Is it petrol or diesel :question

its a 2.6 petrol
is the crank sensor  the one by the oil filter

It's the cs cable next to the oil lines and other heat sources that cause the agro apparently.

Preferably confirmed with an 0335 (?) code via pedal trick first though.  Not always present sadly... :-/

had a problem with thion the g/fs clit, once heated up, if switched of, would crank but not start, replaced both the coolant temp sensor and flywheel sensor for £40 job done, not had trouble with it since.
