spigot bearing
, dmf, full clutch kit, clutch pedal and associated hydraulics pipework,
tunnel top fittings for manual including gaitor and plate
gearbox and lever, support bracket etc, you will need to bypass the starter cut out wiring for the autobox and small amount of wiring for reverse lihts ifirc
you wont need to change master cylinder as the feed for the slave is just blanked off on auto,s, so cut the blank off when you have connected the pipework,, cant remember which pin in the ecu you need to ground? or break off to tell the car its a manual sorry, sure its on here somewhere
good luck!!
as for putting it in a 2.0 bodyshell, well it wont be easy!! nowhere for the intercooler and various brackets missing for oil cooler pipework etc, may be best to change the entire front subframe for a diesel one, which also means you wil need the diesel brake setup as its bigger than 2.0 i think!
propshaft on diesel is the bigger flange and the 2.0 axle is the smaller flangetype so diff will prob require changing to get the proper diff ratio in there or hybrid prop made but not sure how long the 2.0 diff will take the torque
there is a whole lot more to it than meets the eye, i have just pointed you in the right direction !
