Water retention under bonnet???
« on: 27 May 2011, 00:40:07 »

Hi all,

Under the bonnet today to change the pollen filter under the scuttle panel, on the passengers side. Took the little plastic flap up to have a look and it looked like there was a bloomin swimmin pool down there!!! Is there a drain hole somewhere near to the bottom of the bulk head that could be bunged up??

Ooooooooh yes!

Scuttle drain cleaning

A bit hard to find when it's full of water but at least when you've finished the windows won't steam up like a sweaty encounter on the Titanic every time you drive.
