If you want to meet up, I have a code reader Albs ;)

Actually... I might come to you as I could do with raiding the breaker for some plastic clips and bits and pieces  ::) ::) ;) ;)

I ordered a code reader from the bay of fleas today.
Your welcome to clips etc. though any time you want them.
Anything specific, so I can have a look for them ?

The yellow plug with two wires is the one I mentioned earlier.
I have noticed the sticker, but not ever having the need to put a child seat in the car, didnt pay much attention to it.
I plugged the yellow plug in when I installed the seat but the light came on. I have tried unplugging it bit it doesnt make any difference.
Mark DTM said "the ecu wasnt expecting it". Does that mean if I turn the light off, the ecu will get used to it and the child seat sensor will function as it should ? :-/
Not sure TBH Albs. If you`ve got an airbag re-setter handy I would try unplugging the child sensor, re-set the light, if it comes back on, re-connect the sensor plug and do another re-set
