But you'd think this the blind woudv been made such a away that when its closed it 'home' and nothhing should happen to it. got a mate with a Nreg bmw 525, hes had it for 10+ yrs, rarely uses it but still works at the touch??  :(  :y

Anything which is designed to move will go belly-up if it isn't used.  Look at your joints, as an example.

they still move  ;) sometimes  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I would suspect mine gets used at least daily in the summer - goes up when I park, as it does help the temp reaching that of a nuclear reactor whne parked in sun

Mine doesn't work, cba fixing it either.

Would only use it in the summer if I remembered when parked up, rest of the time I like to use my rear view mirror a lot.

I love my blind. Up down up down all day. Novelty value i suppose. Not worn off yet. Although it's only been  installed a fortnight. :D

You've never looked through your blind then have you  :-?. You can see through the back window almost as easily with it up as you can with it down  :y.

Is it possible to supply dimensions then please, closed, length of blind/travel, depth when not in use to see if there is enough room in the tailgate behind the card, if the rear wash wipe would foul it etc, etc.

Thanks chaps
