That's interesting. There has been quite a bit of talk about this car on the forum, with people saying it's up for a really good price since it's such a clean example!! Just goes to show how deceiving this ads can be!!  :(

For the record, absolutely no rust at all on the arches of my '53 plate elite!  :y

my 2000 model doesn't have any there either or anywhere else for that matter :y :y

That is the most rust i've seen on later Omega .I have an 0.3 ,owned for the last four years and hardly any blemishes and i don't know if the value is over fifteen-hundred. :o

ooo, reg plate very close to mine - very likely a vauxhall mgt car or Hertz as first owner.

Mine has also gone in that area but no where near as bad as that.

For what its worth I think that is WAY too much money for an 80k rotbox.
