How do you take the door rubbing strips off? And how do you refit them ?

Any interchangability issues withmfl to pre mfl please?

Albs. Just removed one. You need a flexible sharp knife blade about 2 inches long. Run along the bottom first . that is held on by glue about 1/4 inch wide. then run along top. Slightly harder due to bodywork shape That is held on by half inch . then there are two plastic half inch spring grommets 3 inch from each end that press into the body work. Can't imagine they would look too good refitted even using glue as some distortion occurs. However the two I am changing are in awful condition.
