There is no relay  :-?

On PFL/MFL cars there is no relay, the switch carries the full current.

On FL cars there is a control unit which is inside the seat.  :'(

Probably the easiest thing to do is swap the dash switches over between the front seats - that should hope pin things down a bit.

You'll be grateful come January.

Mine won't turn on, and the leather seat gets a bit chilly first thing in the morning in the depths of winter :(

Lucky you!  Mine packed up at 44.000 miles allegedly. But the car did come from Scotland. Heated seat worn out, aircon never used . . .!  ::)

Yes, its the one in the fuse box with the heatd seat symbol on!

The failure will have been caused by the control unit which is inside the seat  :y

cloth seats are the answer, don't burn your ass in the summer, or freeze it in the winter. Also you don't slide around in the corners!  ;D
