Well, she is still in the garage.

The guy says this time the fault was a blocked idler pipe??!?! He also says there is now a fault with the auto box and has taken it to the transmission specialists

I am not a happy bunny. Anyone else ever had a gearbox problem on an auto??

That is my question. Personally I am not too confident in the guy fixing it, but it is under his warranty. I will wait until he says it is fixed, and have a full inspection done by my dads place. Then I will hammer him if it is still faulty.

Apart from the faults, the car is AMAZING. Love the comfort, the space, the drive and just about everything

Now, get the faults out of the way and I think I can look past it being a thirsty motor too:D

I am kinda spoilt in that respect. I am used to driving 1.9l turbo diesels! My VW Bora 1.9TDi Sport could easily reach 60mpg on a run. I am lucky to get 28mpg from the mig.
