Omega is very easy to clock, and to be honest, an awful lot of them probably are.

UK stats are 1 in 4 cars are clocked.

Cars like Omega that 'wear well' are prime candidates.

When I bought the MV6, I was looking for a 5yr old one, non plod, auto, MV6 or Elite.  Of the dozen or so I looked at, my MV6 seemed to be the only genuine one....    ....some I proved to be clocked.

you have to go with the feeling you get from the car.

I tend not to look at mileage but instead the car, when we go for a drive i ask the owner to drive the car for a few miles, i want to see how they treat the car, this again gives me an idea of what i could be buying into.
Mine has now done 150,000 and when you look over it you would be hard pushed to find signs that it has done that, yes the steering wheel and pedals are worn and the S on the sports button had vanished, but that is it.

if your heart is saying No then that's what you have got to go with   :y

good trick :y
