Other than the float switch in the expansion tank, is there any other sensors for the above ????

If that's the warning you're getting and the level is OK just get a new tank, around £30 from Vx :y

Might just be stuck then ...  stick your finger in and wiggle the float about .. might just free it off .. :)

tried that, got a feeling the bit that makes it float has come off as it dont seem to lift
