reverse senors ( self fit )

hi all    new to forum      i need help already    can somebody out there tell me the colour of the cable to the reverse lights on boot ( positive ) i assume neutral is chassi .

 i intend to crimp a cable into the loom near spare wheel and then drill bumper for parking sensors

 all help greatley needed   thanks in advance     paul

You'll find the towbar connections behind the trim at the very rear of the boot and a 'spare' black/white wire for a trailer reverse lights.

 do you meen the grey plastic trim  near  latch
my car already has pre installed tow bar connections ?
i have been looking near the spare wheel    you can see the loom and consists of a brown - white/black -  blue/black - yellow - brown/white ? plus couple more  assume boot latch to be some of them  ? and fog lights

Yes  :y
I forgot later cars have wiring for the sensors, mines doesn't. I'd guess that the black/white wire near your spare is the same wire, but you'd need your multi-meter out to check it first!  :y   ;)

I fitted a set of Cobra reversing sensors a while back.....remove the light plastic cover within boot lid to expose the bulbs,then it is a simple matter of finding the wire colours that feed the bulb for the   reversing light bulb and then tracing it to a point within the boot area(I found it easiest by the spare wheel area) and then just cut into it and job done .
