are the sunroof and elec windows supossed to close on there own after locking remoteley ?

 also noted something on top side of passanger seat  not on drivers side      any ideas      just looks like a bit of moulded plastic  above both the seat knobs ?

Yes, but you've to press & hold the lock button, this assumes they all close with a one shot press of the button & the roof is properly reset.

Fold the seat back fully forward?

Yes, but you've to press & hold the lock button, this assumes they all close with a one shot press of the button & the roof is properly reset.

Fold the seat back fully forward?

You are quite correct it does allow the passenger seat back to fold flat (long loads can then be carried with ease after dropping the rear passenger seat as well,very handy feature in my estate)
