Does anyone know if this is possible?

Connections same? Different?

Well from the point of view that it's a single din in a double din space with an adaptor, yes it will fit. Unlikely that the connections will fit though, pretty sure a CCR600 is an ISO26 plug and facelifts are pretty much all ISO36 plugs.
