cd issue ( cd safe )

Evening all, a little issue has arised lol, i put a cd into the changer popped back in to the car pressed the cd button and i get cd safe and no play...any help here ta..

is yours a seperate cd changer in the boot ,is the disc magazine in correctly

i have the ccrt 700 system with multi cd in the boot, ive checked the carteridge all seems ok ejects out ok, reinserts ok just get cd safe on the display..

so i need to send it away to get the code sorted ...thing is i have a mate who does this for a living and he can prob sort if its just a code issue..
