I can well imagine! Having said that, a mint R33 GTR will always have a place in my ultimate 10 car garage!! ;)

I have to say, I think you've got a cracker there with your Elite! Any chance I could have first refusal in the event you decide to sell her??  :y

As Andy B says:-
"but it buggers up the interior light ie it doesn't go off immediately when the ignition is switched on, you have to wait for it dim to off every time ............. & I don't even have a facelift car!! ;) "

Interior light is a pain, I used an old Trafficmaster switch as a by-pass, so instead of waiting for the light to go out (ten seconds) I simply stab the switch & off it goes.

Always a good plan... If it ain't broke...  :y

I'm gonna try and get to the next Essex meet, so I might see you there!  II'll be interested to see how you get on with the detailling.  I started doing mine last year, just waiting for the weather to improve so I can get round the rest of the car now!  :y

I have brought some goodies for the detail such as work lights, paint thickness gauge and generaly stocked up on lotions, potions and a nice new set of lake country pads for the porter cable. I will try and do a detailed thread on it when i start. It might take me a while as I dont have much spare time but it will keep me off the streets ;D

Is this confirmed yet, or just at the planning stage?

Sorry for the HJ!
