whats the screen response like ? and whats it like with HD content? and is it a multitouch touchscreen??

Responds well. Speed is good, even though it truely multitasks. Maybe if I opened enough stuff, it may slow.

Not played HD content, can't see why I would want to, there is a perfectly good 1080p telly in the same room.

Yes, multitouch, including pinch zooming etc.
