Actually, being serious for a mo, anyone know the Rover K series cambelt inteval? Its gotta be 4yrs/40k since it was last done...

Original was left on for 72k and above 6/7yrs.  Only changed, as the head was coming off anyway ::)

Trying to find it in RAVE, but struggling....

I looked on Auotdata,strange thing is they give 90k intervals for the MG version with the same engines,go figure ???

But within that time most people had to replace HG on K Series engines due to poor maintenance :-X ::)

TBH, I'd just change it if it were mine (as it's done 4yrs/40k), considering it's not exactly a difficult job ;)
