might help if you told us what engine you have!!!

Injectors on all petrol engine Omegas are bullet proof, its more likely your cam cover gaskets have failed, allowing oil into the plug wells. Your HT Leads / Coil back is failing...

But we are a bit in the dark, as we are guessing which engine you have  ;)

unusual to see omega injectors cause poor running. sometimes they go weepy, causing flooding when starting...

Doesn't sound like injectors to me. Could be a lambda sensor issue, but would need to check if for fault codes. Does the engine management light come on?

Yes checked engine all dry and electronic checked all ok, till you drive it.
Just wondered if injectors, let fuel run down to 4 miles left in tank, had no no choice, towing caravan and stuck in traffic
An did not notice till about 300 miles later when not towing.
