the thing is what is a standard installation as they quote a price for a standard installation...does that mean what you got was a standard installation....or is a standard install a lash up (which is what you got)

Ok, I've raised this with relevant heads of department, e-mail with photos sent, if you don't hear anything next week let me know & i'll chase  :)
