my pal is one of the most hard working guys i know but his ex is one of the laziest women i have come across ( apart from my neighbour who lets her 18 month old kid walk up a set of concrete stairs without getting up from her slouch or worrying about him tumbling down- but thats another story).
she ripped his thriving shop to bits stealing over £150,000 out of it then divorcing him leaving him bankrupt, now she seems fit to rip him  off via the csa route......
this persecution has gone on for at least 2-3 years and while being told she is not entitled to any money has continued down the claim route.
the latest upset for my pal is the fact that the independant overseers have sent all his private documents ie bank/credit card/personal to his ex stating that if he did not want them to have gone to her he should have stated that !! he his fuming and feels practically "raped" having these documents offered to view to a person that stole thousands from him!!!! unbelievable........................

Some people manage to evade the CSA for years.  Seems to me when they do get their teeth into someone they're like a rabid dog and won't let go.  A very frustrating situation because of the powers the CSA have.  Most people have no intention of avoiding paying for their childrens' upkeep so why not put more effort in finding the absent ones who do.

unfortunately the likes of me were easy bait in the past,  but due to all the cock ups the csa caused over the years me and my ex decided to have a non csa arragement! i have never encountered such incompetence in all my life !!!!!

Me too, we give them the right figures and yet every year we seem to owe them money. swmbo has iven up trying to sort things out.
My boss gave up climing cos of the problems they caused, serieously thinking the same.

i wold be inclined to be seeking legal advice, this has all the hallmarks of a DPA breach about it.......

a lot of solicitors wil offer a half hour/hour consultation free of charge, tell him to get his arse off to one and have a chat.......

if it is DPA breach then he has got them over a big barrel, their trousers are down and there is a large incoming object

we have been tryin for years to get them to take the right amount of money of us for my husbands other son.....( yes the off us is right. they kept taking my wages into consideration, and his ex wife. snake with tits........thought she was going to get more money out of him so wont settle out side the csa.

well we eventually managed to find the loop hole in the system to sort that out!

needless to say the money grabbin cow got the shock of her life when her payments dropped down to half of what she was gettin.
