in local paper there is going to be a clamp down on speeders on the M1 there has been alot off accidents in the last 3-4weeks so the police are putting up speed cams along the road, one person was stopped for doing 145mph lastweek. and police say its not 80mph yet.

lets hope the person has a valid bus pass as they are going to need it for a very long time I think

The cameras on the gantries near J28 have been active for a few some time now. I know of a few locals with tickets that came through the post.

carn't have rope but can have KY, went over J32 yesterday had cam in a van on top in police stop.... not going that way today so dont know if its there today..

thanks for that  .....usually join at j33 early 04.00a.m and head south to london every week but on different days...on the return usually use the a1 so not really affected
