And the pound a roll turns into £3 a roll at my local,still cheap though and i gave up as well

The cheapest the most suspicious. The price is very low almost nothing. What does it contain? Almost nothing?

B and Q do it for 3 quid a roll, bought some today.

Its subsidised by the power people hence why its cheap (I suspect the 3 quid covers B and Q's costs).
