Morning everyone!

Beautiful sunday morning (I hope) and time to crack on with replacing the cam cover gasket.

Got the parts but forgot to get gasket sealent and my local parts supplier is shut today,

So can anyone advise me of the best gasket sealent to buy from *gulp* halfords  :-\

Agreed. :y That's basically the same stuff, and I think Halfords stock it. If not, you are looking for a sensor-safe RTV sealant.

If buying from Halfrauds, I'd recommend making sure the tube contents are actually liquid before leaving. I've had several tubes of sealant from them that had set solid in the tube. >:(
