Where's my Icon gone?

I usually have the OOF icon in quick start, but for some reason it has changed to a file looking picture >:(

Any ideas how i can get the little car icon back??? :y

Drag in back in, or even just try moving it slightly

Tried that Jaime but still the same, my google icon has gone the same too >:(

is there anyway I can get OOF to go in the start up menu near the clock?
