I am puzzled because all security guards are now supposed to be in compliance with the requirement of being trained and registered before ANY employment. Maybe you should read this and follow my example.......
Just had a do like that in Sainsbury's where the recently appointed idiot petrol station night manager (an ethnic pratt) decided that he would demonstrate his authority and very agreessively verbally banned me to show off his authority in front of his counter collegue (a nice Indian lady who has served me for years without any problems at all). He insisted I was speeding at under 10mph which I was obviously not and to which their security camera system fully supported me. He tried to withold my Nectar Card but when I started to ring the police to report the theft he threw it back at me.
If he had tried this one on with a much less experienced person he might have got away with it but being who I am I opted to excercise my rights and made a formal complaint to both the Head Office of Sainsbury's and to the superstore manager himself.
Conclusion - This is now under a full investigation and that jumped up little twerp is being called before the managerial board to explain his actions whilst I have just received a £50.00 thank you from them by way of a gift card for bringing his attitude towards customers to their attention.
Apparently as he had not followed through with a written notification because he knew that he had no sustainable proof and that he had also overstepped his authority he is now in the deep pappy.
Hope he loses his job and it spoils his Xmas.
Its marvellous to see his face when I now go in, fill up, dodge about in the queue just to make sure I am served by him while he is still there.
The Indian lady who usually serves me simply turns her head away and gives a little grin at his discomfort.........
