Guy, get the picture you want, and use photo bucket to upload it from where you have saved the picture. Once it has uploaded to photo bucket copy the direct address.
Go onto the forum and go into your options where you will see a box where you need to paste your copied address into that box and tick the small box to the left.

How do i mess about with/change my avatar please?

First upload the pic to photobucket as an avatar size, (theres a clicky on there to do that) then click user cp at the top
To the left click edit my profile and then type in your forum password and click the confirm button.
Click options on the left then you will see on the right it says I have my own pic and a box to tick then you put the address of your pic you want to use starting http:// something.
Just clear whats in there and put the address of your new pic in there.
Job done.
