Help to understand us

A really strong and negative campaign is going on against our PM, but I found a nearly correct article about Viktor Orban.

Good to see a balanced view, rather than the normal cries we get from the BBC, Guardian etc, about the 'far right' as soon as a country has a proper conservative government. We had a similar press response when Margret Thatcher was in power.

I hope his policies work, so the left wing press have to shut up.

After all, the European socialist model based around the EUSSR is working wonderfully at the moment, the Eurozone countries economies are clear converging (as planned) as we can see from Government bond interest rates. Yesterday for 1 year bonds: Germany -0.013% (yes, a negative interest rate, investors paying to keep funds in a perceived safe haven) and Greece 372%.  :o :o :o :o :o :o

I worked in Hungary for a few weeks about 6 or 7 years ago!  :y

It was a great time, the Hungarian people were exceptionally friendly, excellent food, nice countryside, lots of beautiful ladies and the sun shone the whole time we were there! I'd recommend the Lake Balatan as a holiday destination if you're looking for something a little different! and probably quite cheap if you have sterling in your pocket!  :y  Driving in Hungary can be a little hairy though, especially in a right hand drive truck!!  :o  ;D

As far as I know the government was democratically elected by the people of Hungary so has a mandate to follow its policies.  The European political elite dosn't care for democracy and populist politics however!!

I wish Hungary and her people well!!  :)

Köszönöm Tigger,
well the situation actually enough bizarre. We, who voted him to be PM wanted and want something   (that's why voted him with two third part !!! ) but the EU and IMF doesn't allow that to be ... Hungary has enough amount of currency to keep own economy for two years minimum. We don't need the money of IMF and the EU but we are pushed to ask for, because of investors' trust. Why the value of hun money isn't mirrored in the real performance of economy? F**kin spekulants... >:( >:( >:(
