i had 2 vectra bs, the 2.5 got wrote off hence ending up with mig, that was a estate and back end didnt like corners, went sideways at any opotunity, i still got the other, it a hatchback sri140 and it lpg, done 165k but valves gone on it so misfires now and again and its new engine in garage being a 55k replacement, this one handles great though be it wet dry etc

Vectra-C is OK if you toddle about, but goes straight for the ditch a bit unpredictable if thrown into a corner at speed. The smaller engined ones aren't too bad for comfort, but the powerful ones just shake my fillings out, way too hard.

Vectra-B I reckon is the better handling, and better comfort, but really is quite cramped.

TB most things are cramped compared with the Omega ;D

Never owned one & never will. Driven an S reg 2.0 SRi, fairly quick but bland & uninvolving & a 53 plate 1.6 base model....depressing to the point of suicidal thoughts. No need to go any further on the handling...or total lack of, it's already been covered. Besides some one might see you in it!!! Not that reliable or cheap to run either.......

.........cheap to buy for a reason. I'd rather get the bus. You could get an equivilant Vectra for half what i just paid for the Passat but there's a reason why. Given my taste in cars i can hardly sit in judgement of others choices but think carefully before parting with any of your hard earned folding. Guy. ::)
