Why can't we stand up for ourselves any more, for fear of offending people that hate us anyway? break the PC brigade doing thier non jobs at our expense. What happened to mining, shipbuilding, steelworks are here but not BRITISH anymore. Racism has turned full circle so we have to kiss thier ars*s but they can do as they please, but that's ok as long as we don't offend anyone. We as a nation have race & industry issues which need addressing.
The BRITISH BULLDOG has turned into a Poodle. :(
Yes, there is an unfairness in the UK, that needs looking at. Not just race or religion, but gender, sexuality.

Certainly the company I used to work for, if you were a white, straight bloke, your were knackered, as ethnic female lesbians were all the rage...

Well in that case I was refraining on Sunday from posting, and will refrain now  ;D ;D............cos I've already upset enough folk already ::)......in any case I am an aetheist, reason being religion is the biggest con in the world today and the biggest cause of fighting around the world. That is a fact that no one can deny :y
Can't disagree with that - it does appear to be the cause of most conflicts...   ...though whether the cause, or simply and excuse, I'm undecided.

As H21 says, probably best not to.

I'm about as un-PC as you can get, but understand what religion means to religious people, be they Muslim, Christian, wackos, whatever.

I do have trouble respecting Jovos though, as they keep banging on my friggin door  >:(

Quite simple, just ask them to make a note in their book not to call again, and they won't - fact.
I have asked them not to call again...  ...yet still get the banging on the door on a Sunday morning...

Then you should preach back to them and talk over them about the weaknesses of BMW diesels and the differences in GM V6 dispacks....whilst brandishing sammy and grinning like Jack Nicholson...

Sure that would make them run for the hills.... :D

Get them done for harassment then.  ;) It must work both ways, surely.

My religious beliefs centre around having a lie-in with a raging hangover on the sabbath, so JWs at the door are likely to cause offence, and, as we have established, causing offence is about the most heinous crime possible these days, or so it seems. >:(

Last time they troubled me was about 4 years ago .... I politely said I would buy all their literature if they would "each fill in one of these forms and promise to carry it at all times" ... they have never returned and I've watched them bypass the house when they do their mass walks around the estate.

Oh .. the form ??  It was nothing more complicated than the standard "Organ Donor" card ... :)
