Yeah, stress can do bad things to you Dan.  Least you're doing something about it, rather than ignore it.

Have you thought about learning to do some meditation, lot better and safer than taking drugs for it, as drugs are suppressing the problem, not working on what is the issue.

Know a lot of people don't like doing it, but thought about taking over your issue with a 'stress councillor'.  Just a thought?

At first when I read your initial post, I was going to say, "told you to stay away from that strange looking hooker on the corner with the iffy beard", and you wonder why you have a bizarre problem :o  ;D

You see laugher helps to - you know where I am if you want to chat :y
