Bilstein b4+steinmetz shock
« on: 03 March 2012, 14:03:20 »

Hi As some of you may have read I bought the Bilstein b4s and steinmetz springs off Daz the other day. Anyway went upto to see him in stoke yesterday to get them fitted.
What a friendly and helpfull chap. Had a good chat and a rundown on what he was doing started at the front of the car swopped them over no problems, when he took the back ones off it turned out the back springs that i had on the car where a different size and the shocks where totally shot. After sorting this out he then had a look around the car and sorted out a few niggles and he did all that while keeping me supplied with coffee. Thanks again Daz.
The 130 miles covered on the way home was a lot of fun. I didnt know a estate car could go round a corner that fast. :y :y I will post up some pictures once it had a good wash.

Just ordered front b4 bilstein for my mig, waiting for them to arrive.
But I gave last of the money for them  so now I 'm broke >:(
Was quite surprised how cheap they are here.
100 pounds for both front shocks
