This really sucks lol kept me awake all night, called nhs direct to make sure i wasnt about to die, will go to walk in centre for stronger pain killers later i think.
Ive abandoned going up stairs totaly now lol

Thinking about it, I think I know what you have done.
I ripped a muscle across my chest many years ago when I was young and fit playing footy.
It even hurt when I breathed in or coughed and when I swallowed.

Iirc, my quack doctor just prescribed rest and for the pain, Soluble Cocodamol  :y
Been the big tough guy I am I spent about a week squeeling like a pig iirc  :-[
