Found this lurking behind passenger air vent?

 Does anyone know what this may be? found siliconed and tie wrapped to bracket, obviously not a GM fit.

Could possibly be the control box from a parrott phone kit.Seem to remember mine was blue,but fitted several years ago and memory not what it used to be  ;D

Thanks for all the suggestions but it got the better of me and I took it out for a look.
Its a tracker made by minorplanet.

You would have thought they would hide a tracker better than that?

Surprised someone bothered really, Omegas not exactly valuable  ;D

They were when they were new, remember.

Anyway, if you google the company you'll see they appear to predominantly offer 'fleet tracking' services; i.e. when the boss wants to know where all his employees are.. ;)
