Right chaps, sorry for the HG thread that I probably won't update due to the realisation that I can't simply replace the gasket so this will be left until last....save the most difficult and time consuming best 'til last is the old expression  ::) When I start the strip down I will get to the Thermostat too as that's another job that seems worthwhile.

For now though I think springs, shock absorbers and struts is the next line of fire.

So, I've decided rear shocks 'n' springs is the first thing. I've read Mark's guide about replacing the rear springs...

http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90537.0

I've been trying to marry up the pics in the guide with Rob's excellent pic of the rear underside. Now obviously the first thing is to remove those ABS connectors. No probs.
Then as I'm unsure as to where the flexi brake line bracket is on the body can I simply follow the line from the brakes to where it meets the body?
Bit unsure as to where the 4 bolts are securing the subframe to the floor plan..... are these viewable on Rob's piccy?  :-\
The rear shock absorber removal looks a piece of piddle! ;)

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Above the ABS sensors. 2 bolts to each "U" bracket
