hes just replied to my email saying he will take it off sale again.....

i replied saying it was a great buy for £5 and will be there this week to collect it.....

wonder what dazzle is doing this week  ;D

he has sent me his address.....but i asked him for reg no/spec/engine size for ins purposes.....so i await that reply......

I just called the number on the listing and he does't sound like he is from UK
 couldn't barely understand him talk it just gets better and better all this lol  :D ;D

i emailed him back this.....

Ummmm NO.....i have legally bought this omega from you for £5, not £500.I have paid you in full via paypal.....the car is legally mine.I shall open a dispute with ebay/paypal if you do not proceed with this sale.Do we still have a deal?

Exactly, Its he own fault for listing it for £5 he is just going to have to accept that lol  :y

What i dont understand is why is he selling the wheels for that omega on a different listing if he intends on selling the whole car  ???

Seen this a few times now.  People put a low 'buy it now' price and then list the proper price in the listing, to try and avoid paying ebay and paypal fees.  If anyone tries to pull them up on it, they just pretend they made an error with the price.

I'm afraid it's just another example of the type of timewasting idiots that Ebay is full of nowadays!  >:(
