TVP Omegas on old Sky TV show??

Evening!

Having just found http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8HYo7AUsmE on YT, and discovered 1:18 in that the black 3.2 Omega in the chase is *my* black 3.2 Omega  :o , I was wondering if anyone knows the show this clip is from?

Perhaps there are some more shots of my car *not* being crashed and mechanically destroyed??  :-\

I remember the vehicle and who used to crew it ( Officer names and crew numbers ) but can't remember exactly how many series this vehicle featured in. From memory, the majority of Road Wars episodes featured the Omega from 2002 - 2007 I think.

PM Josh Wyatt as I believe he has a lot of dealings with ex TVP Omegas and may be able to help you further  :y

wasnt this the one they stook a batman symbol on the bootlid and a police woman from the series was washing it once at the station and said something like,this is our batmobile!!  i know it was a black omega so may have been this one,it was featured quite a bit i recall. nice to know its survived its hard life with the force.

Interesting...!  :) I've had a few TVP Omegas; N673OJO (3.0l saloon) & W546MUD (3.0l saloon) have gone to the great scrap yard in the sky. I still have W258HBW (3.0l estate) and OU03UYD (3.2l saloon).

Also had a couple of Lincolnshire Constabulary cars - X86HVL (3.0l saloon) and X46HFE (3.0l estate) plus a Wilts Police red 3.0l saloon W576RMW

I own two TVP Omega's, OV03 LJL which is a black 3.2 saloon, which was registered GM03 HYU in Road Wars as driven by 'Rosie' and 'Daz', this was the one with the batman sticker on the back.
The other is OV03 LHY which is a white estate.
There a few Road Wars Omega's out there going strong  :y

nice to hear that.They wernt all killed catching crims.wonder if the force prefers the vectra or not they were replaced with? personally think you cant beat rear drive as much as i like the powerfull 2.8 turbo veccy.

Is there a reason for the police to use mainly vauxhall cars , maybe a price issue or have say ford not any decent performance cars that are suitable/reliable   :-\ Cant think of any performance ford in the showrooms at the minute off top of head that would be suitable  :)

One of mine is ex TVP, OV03 LJN, Silver, fairly sure I seen it on Road Wars, but the Reg No. gets covered up.

Maybe we should organise a Ex Plod meet between us or least get some Pics together for the Gallery Section before they all end at the breakers.
