He would have been allowed to stay if he had raped a twelve year old >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Something needs to be done in this country fast to get rid of all the scivving low lifes trying to get in/already in.
How many of you lot have had a bundle in your time ;) and got a smacked wrist at the most.
Something is seriously wrong with the justice system in this country, mainly because whenever they hit a problem, its make another law to sort it. Often these new laws contradict an existing law, which in turn allows money grabbing lawyers to feast  whilst sorting them out.
If you serve in our forces, then you should be entitled to stay....committing major crime may well need looking into, but there again, I refer you to the first line of this post :y

I find cases like this unbelievably upsetting especially when recently the Telegraph highlighted each week the opposite side of the coin where even after commiting the most heinous of crimes and never contributing to UK society others are allowed to stay.

sadly yet another example of how we close our borders to people that deserve and want to make a life here but open the door to blood sucking leeches whos only interest is rape the benifits system and hide behind/under the system

iam ashamed to say i find it hard at times to see the great in great britain we seem intent on self destruct as we fall over our feet to be politically correct esecially on imigration this currentry will actually sink one day

Way forward would be to put all the do gooders of every type and so called 'advisors' against a wall and shoot them with their own s**t!
Add to those the ones who make constant misjudgments but remain hidden safely behind their desks while drawing obscene bonuses for simply going to work.

Quote ............... "Under changes in 2010 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, disciplinary offences and crimes under military law automatically carry over into civilian life"

Good job I escaped in 1990 then or they would have had me on death row  ;D ;D

I'd only being out of training 6 weeks and I took a swing at my sarge during a bollocking in the bar one night  ::)
Good job we was both pished or i'd have been totally stuffed  :-[ ;D

In them days, if you had a problem, it was sorted out behind the hanger and providing there was no serious damage, it was kept "in house"  ;)

I don't think I would last 5 minutes in todays forces  ::)

I even spent my 18th birthday "on jankers" for chucking a snowball at the station comander who was taking the apprentices parade at Raf Halton  ::)
Cracking shot though, it took his hat off  ;D ;D ;D
