I like the member list though, over the old one. Saves tapping on everyone to find a specific member.

agreed

So which way do I vote? It's probably better than the old one on windows for most people and more advanced
But useless for me on safari. :(

On gay pad. Doesn't really work. Zoom via gestures is mental, Map fires off to odd locations, although it responds ver quickly. On a couple of occasions it buggered of the other side of the planet while trying too zoom in onto my location.
Eventually selected by entering the location in the box. All fine, except the pin is placed a coupe of miles from where it said the location was.

Its using the Google Map API, thus probably designed *NOT* to work with crApple devices ;D

Also the pages are very slow to load. Presume not relevant to testing the map though?
Yeah, ignore the performance, its running from a Raspberry Pi.

Doesn't work too well with webOS - can only zoom in or out, can't pan.

Gayboy - you will have more joy using the zoom buttons on bottom left, rather than pinching.

yes Dad. But the +/- zoom buttons aren't on the map when accessed from your profile, or the link under the map(?did I see?) :-\

Use a proper computer :P

Just tried on iphone, enter town, road then select from dropdown.  Harder, I imagine on a 3GS like mine, due to smaller screen.

That said, I purposely have put my pin in wrong place, for privacy.

When I say "But" like its an important point, I realise it's not important at all. ESP as I have probably only ever used the map 3 times ever.

But you did ask. ;)

As most will only enter a single pin once, to my mind, actually viewing the map is more important to be usable. IMHO.
