Cam sensor is likely, but check with paperclip in morning :)

Quite easy to change if it is.

Have come to the conclusion that I'll need to take out the old sensor to find out which type I need to order from Vauxhall, as I dont know if my car has the modified one or not.

Its all good fun, eh!!  ::)

I've removed my old cam sensor this morning - it is the modified type - I then fell off my chair when Parts Bod at local Vauxhall Dealer said he had them in stock at £60 inc VAT !!!   :o

Quick trawl of t'internet, turned the correct one up, for £25 plus a bit of P&P, so I'll stick my feet up and wait for the Postie to bring it to me, and in the mean time use my DeLorean as the daily driver!   ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D

It might well be fine... I know for crank sensors, gen GM is a must - not sure if this applies to cam sensors too....  :-\
