Dunno... Just plugged mine in to lappy and iTunes recognised it and started syncy as normal :-\

Worth trying resetting both phone and computer? ???

Yes have reset the phone. Re started iTunes. No different.

Lappy went fritz as it has problem with the mother board or sumat, pick it up the wrong way and the screen goes checkered and freezes. But apart from that it's fine.  ::)

Switched off and start again in a minute.  :-\

Ps it latest iTunes version.

Yes tried that, it wouldn't see either phone to start with.

Changed USB socket. Now sees mine. But still not hers.

Lappy back on. Mine bing bongs when plugged in.

Hers b-b-bongs when pluged in, as if not happy. Still no syncy. :(
