That's my problem too, although i haven't got to looking at it yet.
And how will the electrical contact fit, when there is so much plate?

The larger repair plate ( which is a far better and stronger repair option) that also incorporates the Loom connector plate is still available and I have just bought it (ordered) at a cost of £5.90 each.
The details were Bracket Right V0090458148. The longer Torx scews were V0013155557 at £0.70 each.

sound of feet as everyone goes to stealers and orders plate, it goes nls >:(

Will try the trouble was that the metal tore so there is less there than should be not sur eif it will hold???

Mine was ripped right through .... but the plates have held OK
