Building services engineer,messing about with air handlers,chilers pumps motors UPS and all manner of other bits and bobbs.Risen to the heady heights of shift leader.

Shortly to retire - aged 57 - after 38 years military service.

Had a great time overall, some bits bad.. most bits good.

Been asked to join the Reserves and do the same job on a "part-time" basis, probably will as it'll keep me in contact and give me something to do ... although SWMBO says I won't have time given the list of jobs she has lined up !!!

Self-employed Contract Mechanical Design Engineer. Recent jobs include working on the designs of a Bomb-Disposal vehicle, Warrior Tank Simulator, Military vehicles and (my current job) a machine that tests the durability of artificial hips, knees and spine implants.
