The old screwdriver poke on the bodywork will test it , the inner front wings fell off my mk5 cortina and front corner chassis rails suffer  had them all repaired on mine , still like the cortina mk5 but fancy a Mk1

I must of had a good one for that then  Mine was a white car , not very good at hiding the rust especially on the sills but a neat body kit dealt with that  ::)got rid of it when the electrics started to rot and cause havoc  Id have another one though
