It was my birthday yesterday and to celebrate a couple of my friends invited me for a curry. Great I though (I like a good curry) so 19.30 comes round and I set off, however it wasn’t long before I’ sat at the traffic lights waiting to turn right, and I can see a Merc sitting in the middle of the junction, so the lights turn green and we start to turn, but the Merc now proceeds to do an illegal u-turn forcing traffic to avoid her and the Mini in front of me to do an emergency stop, BANG I hit her (about 5mph), cracking her bumper. While the Merc oblivious to her inability to drive, drives off.
Great so now I’ve got to deal with an insurance claim so we exchange details and go our separate ways.

This morning not best pleased but thinking at least I didn’t damage my mig, I notice I was wrong and I now need a new headlight

That's just typical, you both suffer for someone elses actions.
Low speed collisions are all too common, i suppose it's because at a higher speed you concentate more  :-/

More importantly You are ok, miggy can be sorted, i know its a pain when miggy gets damaged.
