Faultcodes after heater matrix replaced
« on: 20 October 2012, 10:39:45 »

Hi Guys,
I've done(not me personally :)) the heater matrix replaced this week. Before the operation I mesured 51C on the left and 43 on the right side. The values changed now to 75 and 78 at 19C outside temp and engine was idling. It's hot as hell!
The bad part of it that I got new stored error codes which keep coming back even if I delete them or press the auto+off calibration. These are:
- left blending flap motor low voltage
- floor blending flap motor low voltage
I also see the -- at power off as expected.

Another issue is the ECO button which worked okay before the operation, but stopped illuminating, however it operates normally. (switches the compressor on and off)
First I checked the bulb wich also worked okay when powered directly. Then replaced with my spare eco button. Nothing changed. Same issue with the seat heating button next to it.
Any advise on these? Thanks!!

Check the blending motors are plugged in, sounds like they aren't...

I have never seen the heater box, but I will try. Thanks anyway.

And what should I do with the buttons?
